…. That’s not confusing!,all dates sold out yet some still available
:rttsvin:
Very confusing. I'm amazed how the tickets went so quickly. Genuinely thought that only promoting it through the EIS newsletter would create a lukewarm response. How wrong!

I do wonder how much crossover there will be with the chat and questions for the band. ie. if we have to submit in advance, then the best show to go will be Edinburgh, as it's all new....

Do you know I wasn't actually surprised it sold out that quick, the venues are tiny and Erasure could fill them 3 or 4 times over easy. they still have a very loyal and rabid fanbase haha. Add to that the unfortunate but necessary cancellation of the last tour and it's been 4 years since we've seen them.

For some, like me it'll be their first chance to attend a EIS "evening with" show so I'm sure there was a lot of excitement when that newsletter went out.

Yes, but only from that email - wasn't promoted on social media at all. So I was amazed how many responded simply from a single email. Still impressive...

Oh yeah I forgot they'd not promoted it outside of the newsletter, goes to show the EIS gang dont mess about. most of us would have had no chance if they had done, very good of Richard to keep it shtum. I've still never worked out how they queue you up I was on that page at 12:00 on the dot and didn’t get in till 8 or 9 mins past.

I have a feeling some of the seats towards the front of the stage were already reserved by the EIS, perhaps for upcoming competitions or other incentives! I was on 12:00 and got into Bristol and 12:02 and all the first three rows were already gone. No way anyone could have got in more quickly, I reckon. I managed to secure row 4.

Hello Everyone,

We have set up a Twickets page which is where I would strongly encourage you to buy and sell tickets for the upcoming shows.

It's a fan to fan service which keeps the prices at face value and provides a safe and official way to transfer them from person to person.

I would even more strongly recommend that you don't buy from strangers on the internet as there are many, many scammers operating in the area of ticketing and I would hate for anyone to be ripped off, which is something that happens way too often.

Here's the link: https://partners.twickets.live/erasurep ... nclub.html

I don't imagine that the sort of people who bought the tickets in the first place will be selling them. Still nice of him to do in case unforeseen circumstances leads to someone being unable to attend.

ERASURE: THE FOUR ERASURE INFORMATION SERVICE EVENINGS IN SEPTEMBER ARE NOW SOLD OUT - JOIN THE WAITING LIST AND WATCH THE OFFICIAL TWICKETS PAGE FOR RE-SALE TICKETS

First of all, thank you to everyone who tried to get tickets for one of the four intimate 'An Evening with Erasure' events that I told you about in the last newsletter. As expected, we sold of tickets for all the shows fairly quickly. Lots of people got tickets, and lots of other people didn't get tickets, which I'm afraid is the nature of shows like these. Ultimately it's a game of luck, and as such we are very grateful to the majority of those people who ended up empty-handed but who were nonetheless able to be philosophical and understanding despite their disappointment. If you're on this mailing list then you will know that these four shows come after a turbulent period for Erasure, and are designed to be a way for the band to dip their toes back into the possibilities of live Erasure performance in an informal, fun, and low-pressure way after everything that has happened over the last few years. That's why they are small shows, and that's why there are only a few of them, but make no mistake that they are a very important step towards any future and more significant Erasure live plans. If you weren't able to get hold of tickets then there are two things you can do. First of all you should keep an eye on the official Twickets page we have set up to allow fans to sell tickets to other fans in a safe way. The Twickets page is here, and I will remind you about it periodically between now and the dates which is when existing ticket holders are likely to find themselves unable to attend and to therefore make their tickets available. The other thing you can do it to add yourself to the waiting list for the show you are interested in attending in case of returns, or if we find ourselves able to release any tickets that are currently on hold for band and production use but which may not be required closer to the time. Thank you everyone for your grace and patience.

Richard EiS-
Morning Everyone!

It looks like the email to the 'An Evening with Erasure' waiting list will go out tonight at 6pm UK, however please note that there are only a very small number of tickets being made available and a lot of people are signed up to receive the link.

Emails will be sent out in the order that people signed up in.

I also know of a fair number of people who are planning to list on Twickets over the next few days, so that's another place to keep an eye on.

I'm afraid that's all the information I have, but I thought it was worth sharing what little I know in case it's useful.

Good luck!
