Interesting, I don't think I ever knew that. Might be worth getting this disc just for the live version of Push Me, Shove Me.
It's frustrating though that this and the other 'missing' live tracks for that Brighton concert STILL haven't been released. It's not like they haven't had chances, like when they released The Circus deluxe or as bonuses on Moscow To Mars. Or if not the Brighton gig, surely there's more in the archives from the live in Hamburg recordings? But why do that when they can just fill things with stuff we have already?
...and don't get me started on the Innocents live at Hammersmith Odeon gig! I'm still hoping we'll see that released in full one day. At least we might finally get the Tiny Tour packaged with a Cowboy release. Or not.

Hi - have uploaded my live at the seaside and hammersmith - these are about as close as you can get to the full sets
from my vinyl / vhs and other sources - some youtube for hammersmith the end couple of tracks
one day for the pucker who knows?

My copy finally arrived from Poponaut and a couple of tracks skip!,the cd looks perfect so I can’t see why it’s jumping.
Plus the tracks being not in the correct order etc they fade in and out between songs which I find very annoying,I think this release is just something we would by to complete our collections but it’s a very poorly put together release,I wonder if the same will happen with the newer Shoreline Ampitheatre release?

Maybe you just got a faulty disc @Pughie? I would contact Poponaut for an exchange, and if a 2nd copy is faulty, you deserve a refund. I like collecting discs as much as anyone, but we shouldn’t reward poor-quality releases like this if we can’t even listen to the disc!

I’ve had a reply from Poponaut and it seems that the quality of these discs
(and others from the same Laser Media company) are very poor,they had another complaint about this CD playback problem,and many of the other releases from this company,but they did offer a digital download,but that’s not what I wanted it was the actual physical release.
I’ve said if they have so many problems with this company they should reconsider stocking their releases.
They didn’t offer a replacement,but if they are all like this then what’s the point?

I would say the point is for you and other E fans to not get ripped off! Did you ask for an exchange? Of course it’s not Poponaut’s fault, but the least they could do is exchange it. If the replacement discs skips, especially in the same spot(s), then you deserve a refund and Poponaut should immediately pull them from their store.

@Pughie would you be willing to upload and share this CD? Either lossless or mp3 would be fine. I’m curious to hear the sound quality but I just can’t bring myself to buy it if the disc is defective. (In fact, I just made a big order through Poponaut this weekend myself!) I see they are now selling another disc from the Cowboy tour (Mountain View 1997) but it only has 9 tracks??
