Erasure is one of the most popular english synth-pop acts formed in London in 1985, consisting of singer and songwriter Andy Bell with songwriter, producer and keyboardist Vince Clarke, previously known as co-founder of the band Depeche Mode. Erasure has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide. This radio broadcast was recorded in 1987 and features all their legendary hits.

Looks like the Seaside/Brighton Show

You could be right about that. The Brighton/Seaside show on April 17th. Why would it get an unofficial release though? Who hasn’t already heard that show? Perhaps they are trying to hoodwink buyers by calling it “Lido Beach”?

The setlist matches up. On the official Seaside release (VHS/DVD), it includes Safety In Numbers at the beginning and omits Push Me, Shove Me at the end. However, the BBC transcription disc of the same show cuts SIN and includes PMSM (like this disc does). This could just be a release of that BBC recording.

It is more than likely is the seaside show, I've searched and can't find any record of Erasure playing at any place called "Lido Beach" in 87.

Still, bought it anyway as we do.

I’m still waiting for mine to arrive,but it seems an odd one,it seems to be the Brighton Dome gig from Live At The Seaside,so where the Lido Beach tag comes from
I’m not sure.
Plus the packaging is all over the place Phantasmagorical tour,the Circus era photos by the looks of it but obviously we need it.
