This 2CD set is supposed to be the “best of” both nights, right? I find that odd since Andy flubbed the vocals for at least 4 tracks that I can remember. Push Me Shove Me comes to mind. Does that mean the other night’s versions were worse??

I do like the setlist and I’m happy to see Save Me Darling and TTLTA. I thought WNLLT sounded especially nice and punchy, and Push Me Shove Me not so much. Where was Vince’s guitar? That’s one of my favorite b-sides and the best use of guitar in any E song, and I don’t hear it. Speaking of b-sides, when was the last time E played a b-side on tour? Not even a (gasp!) new b-side but ANY b-side? Aside from the instrumental Jacques Cousteau (as a break) during their 2007 tourb, the last actual b-side they’ve done live was The Soldier’s Return and GB&U during the PE Tour. The Neon Live setlist also skips Nightbird :(

All in all, a fine show and hopefully I’ll get to see them again on the next tour :elove:
The 2005 Erasure Show tour periodically opened with b-side “Mr. Gribber and His Amazing Cat” as the intro music! (it rotated with the two Nursery Cryme tracks.)

True @MikeyC but even Mr Gribber is an instrumental. They also did Rapture on that tour, though it could be argued it’s not a b-side since it appeared on the US Cowboy CD. I wish they would do more b-sides with vocals. I suppose I’m grateful for their new live covers of Atomic and Love is a Stranger, but wouldn’t it be great to hear Waiting For Sex or Die 4 Love??

How can the booklet for this 2CD set include the name of the truck drivers & the catering staff yet can’t find space for all the hard work Stephano did for the tour visuals?

Vince did some amazing work on some of the tracks. I feel extremely sorry for the thousands of fans who didn't have a chance to see this tour as the setlist was brilliant with so many songs...
What disapoints me is that there's no digital option! I don't even have a CD player anymore. How many people under 30 has a CD player? It's download/stream these days. I'd have happily paid £20 for a digital download.

I think the download will come later down the line as this release is a fan version a full general release will be next year.
But that’s not saying they won’t release the download sooner rather than later.

That was a very unfortunate oversight. I'm glad it's been acknowledged and addressed!

Do you have a Blu-ray player by any chance? Some under thirty have those... ;)

Selling Erasure??? Heresy!

Me, I like the tangible, and even locally stored digital files when using those, but would keep the disc myself. Also not a fan of streaming barring musical emergencies.

I got rid of all physical items years ago (2019?). Just not needed, lots of (unncessary) storage required, you can/could rip the contents and far easier stored digitally. Who puts a disc in a CD player in 2022? :D
