In light of the recent announcement that the tour will be postponed, we are checking to see if customers are still happy to proceed with their orders. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know by replying to this email (along with your 4 digit order number) by no later than 11pm EST on Thursday 13th January 2022.

For customers that have ordered the Neon Tour T-shirt, the back print will have the (now incorrect) January/February tour dates, rather than any rescheduled dates. Again, if you are happy to go ahead with your order, you do not need to do anything. If you wish to cancel that part of your order, please reply to this email by 11pm EST on Thursday 13th January 2022.

Once the rescheduled dates have been confirmed, we will aim to get the Click & Collect service up and running again. ERASURE: 'THE NEON TOUR' - TOUR MERCHANDISE
The second most frequently asked question I've received this week is about the impact of the cancellation of The Neon Tour in relation to merchandise. Lots of you are asking if tour merchandise will still be available to buy, even without the tour happening, and the answer to that is broadly yes. We won't be printing new items but we do have some stock of most merchandise items, produced for the 2021 UK dates and for the original 2022 North American dates, which we will be making available to buy while stocks last. We are currently making plans for the best and fairest way of doing that and I will be able to update you on those plans next week. In the meantime the online merchandise shop is temporarily closed while we get ourselves sorted out. Thanks for being patient, more next week!
