There will be a digital release at some point in the future. I have checked YouTube but no success so far.MrErasure wrote: Thu Oct 01, 2020 3:27 pm I'm not a vinyl collector unfortunately, is there anywhere i can hear the vince clarke remix by any chance?

So they are on the ball with this one! No delays on making sure it's blocked.

How counter-intuitive. A track from a release not made available in N. America is freely playable there.

What I think it perhaps boils down to is that the licence owners in the UK can't impose restrictions where they don't own the licence. In other words they have no jurisdiction in the US to block content there. Only the owners of the licence there can do that.Tin Soldier wrote: Fri Oct 02, 2020 10:38 am How counter-intuitive. Having said that, I'm not convinced it's the new VC mix that has caused the problem in the first place - my guess it's the inclusion of those Shep Pettibone 'Out Of The Blue' mixes that are the issue for the US market. Those mixes, as far as I am aware, were commissioned by Sire (part of Warner Music) and so they own the publishing rights to those specific mixes.
