Completely agree. That was Vince getting serious and doing what he does best. I also got the comparison totally wrong. It’s a bit more like I Don’t Know Why though more polished since it is a single.

One question I have - does anyone know if the new single is the BBC2 single of the week next week? Usually an exclusive play results in them playing it the following week as their choice single for the week. Not heard a thing mentioned since it was played by Zoe Ball. Was expecting Ken Bruce to give it some airplay this morning!

No, you had it exactly right. It sounds A LOT like I Lose Myself. It's all I could think of on my first listen. Though I like Hey Now quite a bit (it's just a more approachable song), I am now a little worried that The Neon may sound overall like Tomorrow's World.. my least favorite E album by far.
