The Erasure4rum has been thinking of a possible EIS release for the hard core fans of as yet un-released mixes on CD.
Mainly using the two Flexi versions of Hey Now featuring intro’s & outro’s by Andy & Vince,along with the live zoom version.
Plus the extended video mix of Nerves Of Steel,also the Time video mix is the radio mix with a longer intro
Time the radio mix (which may well be released later as the full CD EP)
Also Andy has mentioned in the ‘Staying In With Erasure’ that Gareth & himself had made 4tracks for the alternate Neon album two that won’t be included on the final release.
Also the Vince version of the tour intro music-The Joe 90 Theme.

There's also the Fallen Angel Single Mix which wasn't on the Neon Singles Boxset. Same for Fallen Angel (Ben Rainy Remix Edit).

You wonder if the Alternative Neon will ever happen now? I think this was being reserved as a promo for the next part of the UK/EU tour.

I will be fair though, the Neon is going on for too long for me now. It feels like an eternity. It was first previewed before summer 2020!

The alternative Neon is what I’ve been wanting the most since it was first mentioned way back at the start of the lockdown,I can quite happily go without remix albums. But that will be something fresh & different.

Very true, but I wonder if/what we see this year. Depends on the band's situation. If the reason for the tour cancellation was because of someone close to Andy or Vince becoming ill or similar, it wouldn't really be appropriate to release new material as even basic band promo work would be required.

I guess we'll know more over the week or two.
