Unfortunately, due to the scheduled North American dates having to be postponed, we will have to cancel and refund all Click & Collect orders. Once the rescheduled dates have been confirmed, we will aim to get the Click & Collect service up and running again. The second most frequently asked question I've received this week is about the impact of the cancellation of The Neon Tour in relation to merchandise. Lots of you are asking if tour merchandise will still be available to buy, even without the tour happening, and the answer to that is broadly yes. We won't be printing new items but we do have some stock of most merchandise items, produced for the 2021 UK dates and for the original 2022 North American dates, which we will be making available to buy while stocks last. We are currently making plans for the best and fairest way of doing that and I will be able to update you on those plans next week. In the meantime the online merchandise shop is temporarily closed while we get ourselves sorted out. Thanks for being patient, more next week!
