You'd think there would be some early news on this by now, with the shows starting in 3 weeks!

With Stefano filming a video for the new single last month, and assuming a new single would hit around the same time as the tour on 1 October, you'd think we'd know a month out from the tour. Maybe this coming weeks newsletter? I could see a Radio 2 exclusive lined up for next week or week after next.

The video was shot on august 30th,slightly later than originally planned. The video May well appear after the release as this seems to be the new way of doing things.

I guess it helps prolong the life of a singe's presence.

Not too dissimilar to what they used to do with the limited editions twelve inch releases - give the standard release a couple of weeks or so to make its mark, and then give it a boost by to help keep it in the charts by getting us to buy the same song again disguised as a new version! (as time went on and the pop climate changed, immediate high chart placing probably became more important, so they started hitting us with both discs so we'd be buying it twice).

Two Danish web side have the New EP for pre-ordre release date is October 1.

I don’t see this EP on either of those 2 links. Maybe they were pulled down?

I’m happy for more songs, but still a little burned that we didn’t get b-sides with Neon.

They have removed them,but I have a screen grab!,it did exist. Looks like Mute are on the ball as to wanting it kept under wraps.

Maybe. Although I don't always get reigned in by Stefano's emotional reaction to Erasure tracks (I still remember him saying the same thing for Freedom, from Loveboat, on the old forum and me getting super-excited he was so emotional over the track....!), sounds like it's bigger than a 'b-side' track.
