Erasure4Rum

Pre MHC Philip Larson had a hit with this project ‘Shamrock’ and the single ‘Tell Me Ma’.

E4M WARNING-serious ear worm

Thanks, I knew Philip Larsen was involved in a LOT of side bits here and there in the dance and pop world. The one last thing I expected was Sham Rock. Wonder what other oddities are out there then.

An all new find from way back in 2001

Rebekka Mathew (Danish) and Rannva Joensen (Faroese) were teen Euro pop duo, Creamy. In 1999, aged just 13, they released their self-titled debut album, which was a collection of popular children's songs in a Euro-pop style, hitting the #1 spot in their home land. A second album, 2000's 'We Got The Time', featured original material and a couple of covers, including their take on ex-Kajagoogoo singer Limahl's 1984 classic, 'Never Ending Story', from the family fantasy film of the same name. This track was to be their only release here in the UK, which came out in late 2001 and included a club remix from Manhattan Clique (Erasure, Soft Cell, Goldfrapp). Also included was the Christmas classic, 'Jingle Bell Rock', taken from the girls third, festive-themed album released in Scandinavia, which was to be their last. 'Never Ending Story' was originally produced by Ole Evenrude, who also worked with Scandi-pop legends Ace Of Base and A*Teens.

Andy Bell - Love Oneself / Delicious - (Pink Coloured 12" Vinyl)

The release of Andy Bell's 'Extended Blue' reissue will be preceded on 28th August by a very belated third single release from the album, a double A side, featuring brand-new 2026 mixes ‘Love Oneself’ and ‘Delicious’, both featuring vocals from Claudia Brücken. Originally inspired by Donna Summer and Patrick Cowley, the new 14-minute remix pays homage to the glorious late 1970s disco era when the pre-release 12” extended mix was always the most highly-anticipated arrival for club DJs and their audiences around the world.

"Andy Bell - Love Oneself / Delicious", is out Friday, 28th August 2026 on Renegade Music and available for pre-order now.
