Did some of the singles get removed from iTunes? They seem to have been greyed out in my library (added via Apple Music), though I was in a rush at the time and couldn't check further. I've seen it happen with singles from other bands, but I hope that's not the case here! I'll double check when I'm home later.

Also, thanks for the reply about the name. Makes much more sense to look at it that way!

Chimerical – The Remixes is a compilation of all the remixes that were released for the Chimera album. The feeling was that the remixes were so well done that they deserved to all be placed on a standalone release. The remix album is being released on October 11th 2019 worldwide on all major platforms and includes a brand new brilliant MDA remix of the initial breakout hit “Love You Lately” feat. Jordan Gant as the radio focus track.

Chimerical also includes all six remixes of current single “Spacebird” feat. Bridget Gray (with the new single mix available on the Spacebird EP), and all the remixes for “Love You Lately” feat. Jordan Gant, “Glowing Pacific,” “Dancing With My Hallucinations,” and “Haris Alexiou.”

I've been working on a new Breathe Of My Leaves album with my incredible vocalist Jordan Gant over the last year between work projects and the first single is coming soon. It was only going to be an album track, but the topical lyrics Jordan wrote made me push aside the actual first single to put this out first. It's a fun and schizophrenic synthpop song about internet grifters, anti-vaxxers, and war. It really sums up the last two years. More info on that soon. A full album is coming later this year after a couple more singles. I’m in love with creating.

It’s been a minute! Today we can announce the kick-off of the next phase of Breathe Of My Leaves and it’s great to be back.

“Us” will be out on April 15th across all streaming platforms and is the first taste from the forthcoming next album later this year.

The song has the illustrious Jordan Gant on vocals and is a boisterous and spirited tribute to our current times. Initially, this was only planned as an album track but with Jordan’s topical vocals about internet grifters, anti-vaxxers, the pandemic and war, we felt it was an appropriate song for today.

“Us” is a capricious circus of a song and it’s backed by bonus track “Lifted Into The Glimmer.” The release is the the first of a lineup of a few leading up to the (big-sounding) new album in fall being completed with Jordan on vocals.

Breathe Of My Leaves to release single “Avalon” on June 3rd, 2022 from forthcoming project
. The single will be the second of a series before a new album in Fall.

Vancouver, BC, Canada – Breathe Of My Leaves, comprised of Stephano Barberis (music) and Jordan Gant (vocals/lyrics), are releasing “Avalon” on June 3rd, 2022 across all streaming platforms.

The spirited song about the mythical island of kings and warriors is a frenetic statement about having the ardent faith to live true to your ideals. Gant explains, “A personal question is often pushed upon my conscience: Do I live a life without major fear and reward, or do I live a life of adventure and battles, worthy of passing through Avalon with kings when my life comes to an end?”

The track itself lifts off like a rocket straight away and keeps building to the end with Jordan’s belting vocals, only given a brief respite via an ethereal whispered section. Barberis adds “I wanted to evoke the vibes of hi-nrg electronic discoid electropop on a hot day when there wasn’t a care in the world and summer was endless. It’s a certified singalong banger to my ears and I hope people feel the same.”

Also appearing on the track is Jordan Gant’s girlfriend Tareya Green, who is no stranger to the Canadian music scene (Autumn Hill duo in addition to solo artist).

A new bonus track “Supercharge Me” is also included on the single release, as is the Bohemia Version of previous single “Us.”

“Avalon” hints at a rather big-sounding, analogue-synth drenched forthcoming album with equally passionate vocals and rapturous melodies.

“Avalon” was written by Stephano Barberis and Jordan Gant, produced and mixed by Barberis and mastered by Colin Janz. Barberis resides in Vancouver, BC while Gant resides in Calgary, Alberta. The track follows up the single “Us” back in April of this year which made it onto numerous online Top Ten electronic charts around the world and received airplay on all the major online electronic radio stations and some pop ones as well.

Breathe Of My Leaves is an electronic music project created 20 years ago by Stephano Barberis experimenting with sounds. It slowly crystallised into the entity it is now when the Apocalypse Lovers EP and first album Pangeometrica were released in 2013 (including the singles “Cyclops,” “Lost In Love,” “We Kissed As Leaves Swirled Around Us,” “Sugarcoated Shrapnel“ and “Exalt”).

Stephano Barberis is a multiple-award winning director who directed the visuals for Erasure’s latest “Neon Tour” and their music video for “Time (Hearts Full Of Love)” in addition to over 200 other music videos and is the recipient of over 40 directorial and video awards. Jordan Gant is an established singer, songwriter and producer who was previously a part of pop duo Escape The Audience, who were represented by the same management team as The Killers.
