Single 3 is happening -
Richard eis stated this in a question on FB as to why they were only releasing two singles-

Oh no... we'd better cancel all our plans for single three...

Place your bets, folks!

I reckon a release around late October/early November.

Not sure what it will be though - I'd love it to be 'Lousy Sum', I think that could really cross over and blow people away *if* (for the UK at least) Radio 2 really got behind it.

'Just a Little Love'? Hard to say. It's the only uptempo song left for a single on the LP - and a remix of 'Sacred' appearing on the 'Reason' single didn't stop it going on to be TVF single no. 3...

We'll see!

A meatier version of Just a Little Love

Or it's gotta be Lousy Sum of Nothing

Live classic synth pop tracks you might have forgotten about.

"Lousy Sum Of Nothing" for me all day long.
A classic for these times.
The chorus is a true "stop you in your tracks" moment which would grab people's attention on the radio.

I can imagine a stirring version of Lousy Sum Of Nothing performed on Jools Holland

Yep!

I agree with those two choices - and it's interesting both have been played live. If I had to pick one of the two, it would be Lousy Sum of Nothing.

Definitely 'Lousy Sum' would be my choice. Such a brilliant track and powerful emotional impact - for me, the most 'goosebumps' moment I've had from an Erasure song since I first heard the 'Chorus' single 26 years ago.

I'm guessing whichever WBG track that Dave Ball (Soft Cell / The Grid) has been announced as doing a remix of will crop up on the 3rd single?

Maybe an EP just before the tour kick off in 2018, my choice would be Just a Little Love (maybe with some live tracks as bsides)

Just a Little Love (remember that some cds of WBG had a sticker saying "Includes Love You to the Sky and Just a Little Love")
I'd love 2 or 3 mixes or JAL, plus a B side and some mixes or acoustic versions of other songs that haven't appeared in the first two singles, or a live version of Lousy Sum of Nothing, Just a Little Love, Love You to the Sky or Oh What A World! or some rehearsal versions. But not, seven mixes of the same song.

Totally agree, 2-3 mixes are enough, possibly one by Shelter and one by Richard X

Seems like they have had a fallout with Richard X from Violet Flame sessions.
