My guess is that after the first release/print some new ideas and who to thank came up later on, and were then printed on a later release....dunno which one is the first release if so of the two

I half-hoped there was a typo there, and they almost meant me.

I would also, naturally, assume that any expansion on that section would indicate a later release/reissue. It would look more odd, and punitive, to go and remove people later on.
