It might have to clear customs with glass inside, might pose a delay not foreseen maybe.

This might be silly, but maybe the skull artwork is a concern to the Customs officials.

I thought of this as well, all these skull boxes invading the US Customs office

Good news for box-set buying audio buffs (and overseas fans still waiting for their physical boxes):
Pledge have just e-mailed a link where you can download the live and the remix CDs content as MP3 and Hi-Res (FLAC) files 😊

Quick Question, I can't remember at the time of purchase,

Were all the deluxe boxes signed by Andy & Vince or was it just the select few?

I think the first 1000 ordered were signed. Certainly not all of them.

Loving the album...all three discs are superb.

One criticism. ..why sign the black postcard rather than the white?

It's really starting to make me mad. Next time they should just go through Lexer music and not pledge. It took very little time for me to get the Elevation single and that was through Lexer!

I would not get mad at Pledge, they did not estimate that these boxes would be held up in customs. Perhaps it's the glas tea light that migtbe holding it up. lexar would have experienced the same.

I think you're right. I totally understand US / Canadian fans' frustration at the hold-ups - especially as it would appear that Customs (UK or US?) have sat on these for well over a week - but it's not really Pledge's fault and not something I would have foreseen if I had been in their position. As you suggest, I think it might be the inclusion of a heavy glass item that did it (although the Snow Globe also had a sharp, fragile glass item in it too).
